At Petur Larsen, we always strive to push the boundaries of innovation in seafood processing. With the IRS kit, we’ve taken the Baader 187 and 189 machines to the next level, giving our customers significant improvements in both yield and product quality.
This is what excites Petur Larsen the most:

▶️ Less gaping in the fillets – which is crucial for delicate fish.
▶️ Improved safety with separate blade and saddle movement.
