Vónin is thrilled to welcome the Icelandic trawler Jón Kjartansson back to Fuglafjørður for a brief yet crucial pitstop! Captured beautifully by drone as she made her grand entrance, this trawler has been busy harvesting Blue Whiting in the Faroese zone.

Before heading to Iceland to discharge their impressive catch, Jón Kjartansson made a stop here to put ashore a pelagic trawl for repairs at Vónin, ensuring their gear is in top condition.

Equipped with the cutting-edge 2600 Vónin Gannet trawl and innovative Twister trawl doors, the skipper reports fantastic fishing results and couldn't be happier with the gear's performance.
